A no-fuss float tube that gets you fishing from the first outing

A 150kg-rated belly boat with the rod holder, fish ruler and pump already in the box.

Costway built this float tube as a complete kit rather than a bare hull — pump, paddle, backrest and side pockets are all included, so it is ready for the water the same day it arrives. At 110 x 108 x 64cm it suits still-water anglers who want one straightforward boat, not a project.

Costway Inflatable Fishing Float Tube, 150kg Capacity Adult Belly Boat

The most common reason a first float tube ends up back in the loft is missing gear — a pump you have to buy separately, no rod holder, nowhere to put a phone or a box of hooks. Costway avoids that by shipping this one as a full kit: pump, paddle, an adjustable and removable rod holder, a detachable fish ruler and flippers all come in the box alongside the tube itself.

The build is straightforward — a PVC inner bladder holds the air, wrapped in 600D polyester for abrasion resistance against reeds and gravel margins, rated to carry 150kg. At 110 x 108 x 64cm it is sized for a single angler rather than a two-person raft, which keeps it light enough to carry to the water without a trolley.

The seating uses a 2-in-1 design: the backrest itself packs away as the carry bag, and two side storage pockets keep small tackle within reach while you fish. It is aimed squarely at someone buying their first belly boat who wants to be on the water this weekend, not assembling accessories for a month first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it come with everything I need to get on the water?

Yes — the pump, paddle, adjustable rod holder, fish ruler and flippers are all included, so there is nothing extra to buy before your first trip beyond waders or a wetsuit for cold water.

How much weight can it carry?

It is rated to 150kg, which covers most anglers plus a reasonable amount of tackle. Check your own weight plus gear against that figure before you buy.

What is it made from?

A PVC inner chamber holds the air, covered by a 600D polyester outer layer that resists abrasion from reeds, gravel and bankside vegetation.

What does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Delivery cost and an estimate for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery applies over the qualifying order value.

Can I return it if it is not right?

Yes — return it unused, with packaging where possible, under our returns policy for an exchange or refund.

Is checkout secure?

Your first float tube: what to check before your first session

3 min read Float & Cast

A float tube is one of the cheapest ways into still-water fishing, but a few checks before your first session save a wasted trip.

Confirm the weight rating covers you

This tube is rated to 150kg. Add your own body weight to whatever you plan to carry — tackle bag, net, extra rods — and leave a margin rather than fishing right at the limit. Buoyancy drops as load rises, and you want spare capacity, not the bare minimum.

Inflate it at home first

Before you drive anywhere, inflate the tube fully at home and leave it for half an hour. This shows up any weak seams or valve issues while you can still exchange it, rather than on the bank. Check the pump's nozzle fits the valve properly — a poor seal is the most common reason a "faulty" tube is actually just under-inflated.

Pack the included kit, not extras

The rod holder, fish ruler and flippers are already in the box, so resist the urge to over-pack for trip one. Bring the paddle even if you plan to use flippers — a spare means of propulsion matters if a fin strap fails mid-session.

Where to fish it first

Pick a small, sheltered stillwater for your first outing rather than open, windy water. Belly boats sit low and are affected by wind more than a bank angler expects; a calm pond lets you learn how the tube handles before you take it somewhere more exposed.

New to belly boat fishing?

This is the kit we point first-time float-tube anglers towards — everything you need is in the box, so the only decision left is which water to try it on first.
